Buckfast is my favourite but drinking El Dorado just now cause of lockdown and nae Buckfast lol.

The word yer lookin for is "body",,,the tonic has mare body. Like a cuddle from a nice curvy braw burd wi nice smellin dark hair washed wi Vidal Sasoon and a lovely set of double d's tay fondle at ones pleasure. The LD is like the wee hot local ned, thin wi nay curves, a couple eh wee pink puppy noses tay play wi and hair that smells mare like head n shoulders. Both gid in their own way and both acceptable options.

First video of yours I've watched as I was curious and bought my first bottle of El Dorado myself after taking many a slagging because I like the taste of bucky. Take issue with calling a viewer a "good" rangers man (banter mate, celtic fan but I don't hold a grudge). Haven't cracked the bottle yet wanted to see someone elses reaction first before I drink it. Cracked my bottle at the same time and thought the same thing. It's like watered down bucky, slightly sweeter taste to it too, like there's more sugar in it..

I have drank Buckfast from a glass once and I will never drink it from a class again, always from the bottle for me

Great video Dazza , drank Buckie for 30 odd years but switched to Eldorado in 2014 . As someone said taste of LD is far different to the old LD , night and day of a taste . The old stuff was wild , came in 2 flavours Rich White and Old Tawny you could even get litre bottles of it .

Very interesting. I've been a Buckfast connoisseur for 26 years and I've never heard of this Eldorado tonic wine. Over in Northern Ireland we have this gut rot called Belfast tonic wine which is pure shit. If you really want to scrape the bottom of the barrel look out for Sanatogen tonic wine.

Mate a swear to god. I know no one does this. But see when sipping them. And really taking in the taste in a glass. I honestly die by it. I way prefer LD. Buckfast is harder to drink. However when tanning them it really does not matter as your taste buds become used to them and you become tipsy. I don't know about punching power and warrior spirit but I imagine buckfast is better. Plus bucky had more caffeine. Though if you are some freak who just likes the taste then LD is far better. Plus it's made in Scotland. It's good to know your putting money back into our amazing country. Saor Alba.

back in 1970's before Bucky went viral, the only cunts in Scotland tannin Bucky were the Coatbridge teams, it was them who made Bucky famous...... Before 1970's when Bucky began spreading the only cheap wine drinks we tanned were Elderado ( LD) and Lanlique ( Lannie)... I am from Cumbernauld part of the Buckdfast triangle, Coatbridge, Airdrie and Cumbernauld. For me LD and Lannie beat Bucky hands down. For me Bucky is for mummies boys.

I much preferred Buckfast to El Dorado, and the Magnum couldn't even drink it. Now I drink Huatuo tonic wine, it's Chinese and a whopping 24.5 ABV, also uncaffienated.
