Excellent video. What you explain in the video is very true. Doing Meditation has great potential for the mind, it has enormous benefits for health, whoever practices it every day helps to not have attachment to material things, it is one of the greatest causes of suffering, seek true happiness and have peace of mind. The great benefits of Meditation have been scientifically proven.
