I pulled a copy of Sauron in my prerelease kit with a misprint: the foil triangle is misaligned in a really neat and aesthetically pleasing way. Guaranteed want to build this deck. Great thoughts!

As someone who loves commander but doesn't have much of a budget to spend, I will ALWAYS love budget commander videos!

A pal had a Blast-Furnace Hellkite lying around and... Wew. It is one hell of a card when your commander can get to 21 with ease, plus the army can stomp people.

Thanks for the video Tomer, so interesting to see all the different ways people are building this commander, but I'm a big fan of reanimator so I might just have to pivot my control build over in your direction since this seems more fun for the whole table.

I love the idea of a bunch of threaten effects to both sac their creatures to animate yours, but more importantly the flavor of their creatures being momentarily tempted into an evil deed they didnt mean to do. Lol.

I think Cormela would be a good addition. She can be sacrificed to bring back spells or can be reanimated to allow for ramp.

Tomer, this is a good budget grixis list.

Scavenger Brawler and Daring Fiendbonder makes me really want to try building Sauron Voltron where he is just being buffed by the creatures/spells that are discarded. Kind of like a stronger, but less supported Kathril.

Blood For Bones returning the second creature to hand instead of the battlefield would make it basically a worse version of Victimize, right? Is that worth running Blood For Bones over other forms of creature reanimation?

Having tried the army point of view this list does look like it has a lot of promise so might give this a go.

add stormtide levithan + archetype imagination, or the jin-gitaxiaz (the minus max handsize) it is budget though

The impressions from both podcasts the goldfish really didn't like the set and had no power to most of the legends.

I built a goldberry deck. Its copy, clone, counter and theft. Nobody likes getting killed by the crap they bring to the table- go figure.
