I tried all kind of food. From my culture which is (puerto Rican) Mofongo is one of my favorite foods its made with plantains and roast pork, chicken or shrimp. Its served with a sauce on the side. Food not from my culture I like Golden krust, Dominican food, Japanese food etc. But fast food any authentic Pizzeria and Mcdonalds. I love all kinds of food.

AWWW Kai that was so sweet. It's so CLEAR how much he Loves Peter and Anthony. He's opened up soo much since he's been there and THIS IS BEAUTIFUL. Peter you are AMAZING. Any kiddo needing foster care or permanent care is so blessed to have you...I know it is a tremendous blessing for you as well but you and your boys are lovely. The little ones are fun to listen to ND watch.

Kai is a completely different kid than he was in the beginning. It’s so good to see him happy! I like Golden Corral’s buffet, but Old Times is better to me. We also have La Nopalera Mexican Restaurant. Oh my goodness! It’s so good!

Teenage boys are bottomless pits and I like Kai and Anthony’s reasoning. I remember when I taught middle school my snack basket was always gone before lunch. I now work in the lower elementary and I don’t have such voracious appetites. I’m glad Kai got to reconnect with his friend.

Yes my stepson are us out of house and home for a few years. My brother was same way when we were teens. He's eat a box of Captain Crunch by himself AFTER supper. Breakfast always became a disappointment when you'd get up and find 😒he ate your favorite cereal after u went to bed.

My aunt was a foster child growing up and it traumatized her so deeply I don't think she's ever recovered. Her main foster home, where she spent her teen years, was a cold and psychologically abusive environment. The couple brought her in basically to be a kind of maid. She was not given any support or encouragement and was belittled on a regular basis. I met the couple once when I was a girl and thought they were creepy. As soon as we walked in the door they began to criticize her, even though by that time she was an adult. She'd returned to pick up an old box of belongings that had been left behind. When I see how loving you are to your foster and adopted children, it is the model of how to approach parenting. Your children are happy, engaged, inquisitive and clearly loving the time spent with you. It is wonderful to witness.

Brilliant video, it's really nice to see how you all have smiles on your faces when you interact with each other. Kai and his bestie, always on the phone with each other. I was blessed to be able to stay in the same school, when I went into foster care my senior year, and graduate with everyone. It is great to see how Kai has opened up. He obvious loves the family and feels safe.

Loved seeing you all have such a great time at dinner. Kai and Anthony proved why buffets are the best way for your wallet to please their stomachs. Kai made sure to be included as your son, when you were talking. I think that is one of the things as a foster parent and adoptive parent when you child designates you with the dad or mom title. I really do enjoy and appreciate sharing each of your journies together. Sending love and best wishes.

It’s wonderful to see how Kai has blossomed. When he first moved in, he was very reserved and now it’s like he’s always been part of the family. He’s also very nurturing towards the little ones. Antony has claimed Simba since the beginning and now it looks like Kai has claimed Rafiki.

They closed most Golden Corral's.. Bankruptcy. Only two are left in my city ( Jacksonville )

When you're young you eat all of the time. My boys were like that. I remember being like that. Now that I've aged I eat a small breakfast, skip lunch and a very small dinner bc I have no appetite even though I cook all of the time (for my neighbors). It's crazy to think back on how much I used to be able to eat. Lol. I kinda miss those days. Hi kai and anthony. Love you boys!

I Love the Olive Garden, but Golden Corral is cool too! This video actually made me want to go again with my daughter and I wish they had one on 125th Street in Harlem for real! You're family eating there was nothing compared to when my daughter & I went with my family and it was my 1st time ever going! It was about 15-24 of us I think because we were going to a special event in Pennsylvania as well as Celebrating my cousin's B'day! Plus that was just my immediate family! My family is beyond huge!

Another fan of Mandarin buffet also in Kingston Ontario Canada- great for kids & grandkids that have bottomless pit stomachs- only do it once a year but have the same fun you all were having- a less rigid dining experience
