As a kind of tall (6'2) long limbed person (my wingspan is 6'8 and my inseem is 36) I love the form police because after years of training I have found small tweaks to pretty much every isolation movement that allow me to feel the stretch and contraction more and as a result - a lot of my movements, especially for arms - look very odd to all my 5'8 mates.
