Having said that, I would field two teams, one for the league and one for the cups (FA & EFL). I for believe that to win leagues, you need a solid and immaculate defense and to wind tournaments you need highly potent attack. Transfers (In): Though Chelsea have the financial power to buy Oshimen and amortize his value over 10 years. I would not buy another striker from Serie A after the Lukaku fiasco. Maybe, we buy back Tammy Abraham or buy Watkins or Toney who are all proven strikers in the Premier League. Kepa and Mendy have paid their dues. Mendy has won CL,CWC,SC, Kepa has also won all that with EL. The have paid their dues. However, I'd take mendy over Kepa. Kepa's ball playing ability does improve our results. Non of his passing has lead to a goal or an assist. Mendy played the build up to our win over man city in the CL final.

Thiago Silva has been a good servant, but Chelsea need to move to a back 4 and have the ability to press so they have to sell him and start afresh. It's like keeping Azpilicueta for vibes or hiring lampard
