As a classical pianist I can actually say that the way you set up the piano was accurate for a professional pianist. It's best to practice how you'll perform with the keyboard facing the direction of the audience so they can see how fast your hands move.

A very silly pet peeve of mine is how people place pianos in sim builds 😂

idk why it never clicked to me that solo pianists on a stage are perpendicular to the audience and not facing directly away or towards them, so unless your piano is just a keyboard you can easily see over it makes sense that it would be sideways (perpendicular to the wall) if it's in a location where it can be showy and not just shoved up against a wall due to space constraints. But if it's low like a keyboard you can face your audience as if it's a podium or boss's desk and still get the showmanship viewing angles (of the hands)

i feel like all pianos i see in real life, especially in houses, face the wall or are in the middle of a room, both grand and upright. i think its so the person playing can focus, especially since if its in your house you're typically practicing not performing :) 11:51

when I had a piano at home it also faced the wall. It was easier to find a place for in that way.

I got Strangerville for the windows and doors and absolutely nothing else 😂 That being said, the lava lamps were a pleasant surprise, and I do get some use out of the stacks of files and paperwork when making cluttered offices.

As a crystal enthusiast myself, I actually kind of like the crystal recharge system. Crystals are recharged in moonlight in real life, and many crystal witches will place their crystal collections outside on a full moon to charge for the month

Listen, I actually like Crystal Creations (thought I wouldn't so kinda shooketh) but you are correct, for a STUFF pack, it came with very little stuff. However, I do like the gameplay in general and if you ask me, this one should've been a GAME pack. Wonderful build as always, Kelly. :)

Dude unless you're making like a recital hall or something there is no such thing as the piano facing the wrong direction. It is completely normal to have it up against a wall so the bench is closer to the inside of the room. I guess if you hire pianists more often than you play your piano you might want the bench by the wall, but most people don't live like that.

yeah if you're building a concert hall or putting the piano on a stage the positioning matters, otherwise it really doesn't. Pianos in homes are just wherever there's space for it :D

usually a grand piano is placed in such a way that ppl can see the keys from the side as well as be able to inside the piano if the lid is open (it opens towards the audience for better sound)...

They need to set up two updates: 1) Hire newbie artist to retool old packs, adding several basic swatches as a free update. 2) CustomsRUs: 'hire' a bunch of CC Creators to design swatches, and have the artistic team review, criticize, & finally approve a bunch of new content for existing packs. Be sure to hire someone to verify that we get a good distribution of efforts too.

Red is my favorite color so I’m slightly offended that you said you hate it lol Though having said that, it’s not a color I would use for the inside of a house either, or maybe like for a cushion, a frame or even an older rug, but not the furniture I think. Or the outside (unless it has wood siding).
