Ok, so this is a play on the Wet Burrito, or smothered Burrito. I get it, a bunch of you out there are going to have your idea on what a Burrito actually is. I'm ok with that, you do you. 👊🏻

My husband was stationed in Louisiana for almost 8 years. I make a lot of Cajun food. Definitely making this tonight. Have made a lot of your recipes. Thank you for such a great channel and good recipes.

Just watched this video this morning and can't wait to try this. Found out about your channel from my 21 year old son who loves to cook (just like his mama!). I just have to tell you that you make the world a better place. We love to watch your videos and everything we've made of yours is OUTSTANDING! We gave my son DA big aluminum pot for Christmas and he has probably used it 25 times already. He sent me a video(from college) of your Coubion he made for all of his friends. Made this tonight. OMG! So good. I added a can of green chili’s to the meat mixture then when I assembled the burritos I added shredded Mexican blend cheese and on top I added queso/salsa blend instead of enchilada sauce and added shredded pepper jack.
