A less extensive video taking a brief look at Xianyun's constellation and best-in-slot weapon. The purpose is to take an approach at knowing whether to get constellations or settle with C0 and rolling weapon banner :Aware:
ADDITIONAL VIDEO NOTES:
Something I meant to point out about her weapon is that it's genuinely only good for Xianyun, which may be something to consider if you do opt to pull for her weapon. Also, towards the end for her Energy Needs and Conclusion section(s) I'm speaking in the context of R5 Oathsworn Eye. Obviously this would differ on non-ER weapons, so I wanted to make it clear here. At the end of the day, it is your account, and you may do what you wish! (no pun intended) ^-^

If i go for C2, how much ER do i need when i use favonious on her. I'm planning on using her with 2 anemos

If assuming you're using 2 Skills per rotation, with Fav she won't need any additional ER. Even without Fav, running her + 2 Anemos she won't need any more than like 120-130 ER.

@@antch0vies thank u! I know that her signature is very strong but 200 rolls for pity weapon would scares me. Maybe C2 first is still a lot better 🥲

i think i read her c2 buffs only applies to 1 enemy, i think the plunge dmg will differ on aoe scenario. care to explain that bit? like how much the dmg increase if its on aoe rather than st. since i only see showcases on masanori

That's the way her A4 works in general. The buff only applies to 1 Plunge Attack on a single enemy, so it would therefore scale less in AoE scenarios. For a comparison, let's take this example: Say Xianyun has 2800 ATK, and is buffing a Plunge Attack that dealt 30k DMG (already accounts for her A1 passive's Plunge CRIT Rate increase). Comparing Base DMG > A4 Buffed DMG, we'd get: - Single-Target: 30k > 51k (~70% increase) - 3-Enemy Scenario: 92k > 114k (~24% increase) Note how despite both scenarios having their DMG increased by a similar amount, the percentage (%) increase between them differs because of the fact Xianyun's A4 only applies to one enemy. This is essentially how it works, and hopefully the explanation clarified it for you!

I want her weapon because I dont have any good catalyst for her at all, not even 4* ir 5* (i dont have Oathsworn Eye) But i also want C6 Faruzan to play Xianyun as a dps (and maybe get her C2 along the way) 😢😢😢😢

No Oathsworn :'( but in that case getting either C0R1 would be fine for now. Besides, there's always reruns to get her C2/R1 and Faru cons later down the line. The only thing is her weapon is only really good for her so if you're okay with that then I'd say go for it if it's within your means ٩(^ᗜ^ )و ´-
