Post-vid notes: • For the last point on C6, better way to phrase it would be "can be less value..." but message still comes across ig. • Not sure if I put enough emphasis on the potential strength of amazing 2p/2p combos sets vs. Marechaussee and Lavawalker. Hopefully I did. All-in-all, he's a fun unit and if you like him, pull him (and if you don't, don't)! Hope y'all stay safe and a have a wonderful day/evening :3

As someone with Ganyu and Lyney the point about charged shots isn’t entirely accurate. Ganyu is basically just charged shots, meanwhile Lyney will do 4/5 charged shots at most before you switch to his burst or his skill which makes him gameplay a lot less boring

I understand this point as someone who has also played both. It’s just from a decent amount of ppl’s perspectives when playing Charged Shot characters, even if they’re like Lyney will Skills & Burst that are flashy and deal good dmg, it won’t take away from the fact that his gameplay is primarily centered around Charged Shots. Of course that’s partially subjective since everyone’s “fun” is defined differently.

Um, Ganyu does that amount of charged shots in melt before using her skill and swapping to Bennett. And some Freeze teams don't even have her using charged shots.

I got his C2R1 triple crowned, with mediocre artifacts 40 25 25 20 20 CV I don't have Zhongli, and ran him with Lynette. He completely one shot both the dendro chicken AND the robot, and did well vs the geo spider thing. I'd say his biggest weakness is not being able to run him against pyro shields and pyro immune enemies. As for enemies permanently afflicted by pyro, cryo or electro, I saw some Lyney speedruns where they run him with furina and EM sands instead.

Thank you! As for your question, truthfully it will often boil down to who you enjoy more. Imo (as someone who owns both), I find Arlecchino more enjoyable and worthwhile due to having a bit more flexibility with who I can play her with as well as the fact that I prefer Normal Attack gameplay > Charged Attack gameplay most of the time. However, I acknowledge that her F2P options are a bit lackluster as one's event-limited, another costs Starglitter, and there's White Tassel. For Lyney, the main thing is that his C1 doesn't translate to an omega significant increase in practice compared to when I played him at C0. On the bright side, it gives a little more Energy (A1 passive) and chip damage with the extra Prop Surplus stack due to the extra Grin-Malkin Hat. It also makes things like Solo/Duo Abyss runs slightly more enjoyable/comfortable.
