I'm so happy to feel that only kazuha is left for me to get after I get yelan in 4.8 patch + my raiden Shogun Then seeing KEQING is considered decent makes me not that sad my 50 50 to lose on her and then there's only 1 character I regret is my qiqi

I think the perception that Arlecchino is better than the other top pyro carries (Hu Tao, Lyney, and Xiangling) is probably due to ease of use and consistency compared to other 3. Hu Tao did get easier to execute thanks to Xianyun but CA repositioning still often comes into play and you still CA cancel in non-Xianyun teams. Lyney can be a optimization nightmare requiring a lot of forethought with respect to enemy patterns since getting staggered is detrimental to his damage, also CA bow cancel techs are useful to know for fluidity/consistency. Xiangling wants a good driver which means knowing how to backpedal or double hit pyronado to greatly increase her damage, and double swirls setups can be a pain to optimize for in multiwave content. With Arlecchino you kinda just go ham on left clicking and you get similar damage to a maximum effort Hu Tao, Lyney, or Xiangling team. Having said all that, I don't think ease of use is enough to justify Arlecchino being higher than them so her placement is pretty much in line with my view.

Klee is actually quite powerful since the release of Furina, Noelle is also significant better than Itto post furina, she has less single target damage by herself but with furina she easily outdamages him while consolidating the healer role

arle just doesnt provide a significant upgrade in my opinion. id say yes, she's amazing for ease of use compared to some of the other pyro carries, but in terms of damage it doesnt seem like she is miles ahead. neuv on the other hand provides a way of dealing damage that is pretty impactful for the meta, which is why he's a notch above despite his on paper damage being pretty in line with the others

An importent note about her c2 is that it allows Furina to not build as much HP since the increase in her max hp will usually push her over the 40k hp limit her talent uses

Definitely a lot better tier list than most other videos but there are still some big issues with some of the rankings Barbara and Yunjin should be higher imo. Barbara driver teams are pretty decent and Yunjin C6 is better than Bennett in some teams. Keqing shouldn't be in tier 1. Klee needs to go up. Quite a bit tbh. Yoimiya being 1 tier higher than Klee is unacceptable. As a player with extremely highly invested Klee and Yoimiya (both of them are C0R1, triple crowned and top 200 in Akasha artifact rankings and using their best teams) I can confidantly say that Yoimiya overall is NOT a better character than Klee. Kleerina and monopyro Klee teams are extremely strong, I recommend checking them out.

Although i dissagree with some placements of characters like sucrose in tier 1 considering u said u would rank her based on c6 cuz of how old she is(i think she should be 0.5), neuvilette being tier 0 imo just doesn’t feel right, is he tier 0 for the past like 7 abysses? Yes but that doesn’t make a character tier 0 imo. Just like how nilou in 3.x was so strong cuz every side had a nilou friendly abyss rn every abyss in 4.x had a neuv friendly abyss. Regardless of some characters i still think its a great list at the end of the day its just an opinion xD

Unpopular opinion 😅 but dps’ like Navia/Lyney should be lower. While they are strong, they can only really be played in a few specific teams and Isn’t the best in all abysses. More flexible units like koko and baizhu should not be in the same tier as them.

Why are the Fontaine chracters treated differently like it's not a fair comparison if some have C6 and others have C0 they should all be C0 or C6 Plus why did you put keqing over itto and in the same tier as nilou or clorinde both WAY over her power level. Yes, Nilou may have a very limited number of teams but those teams destroy floor 12

Keqing is waaaaay better than Itto lmao. Post dendro Keqing is actually a very powerful unit while itto is stuck using his same team from 2 years ago. Even Noelle is better than itto in the current meta because she can use furina

I think that this list was good, except maybe for Kaveh’s placement. The simple fact he is dendro already opens up a ton of options and if you only had the 4 star dendro characters to play, he would definitely be the best on-field option. His burst also increases bloom damage, which can be good for nilou or just any hyperbloom or burgeon teams.

Hmm that's a great question! There's a few I'm torn between, but I'll wing it and just say Kazuha. Going anecdotal here, but ever since I got him, I've consistently used him almost every Abyss cycle - even ones where he wasn't as necessary - purely because I lowkey rely on him that much😭. His CC plus buffing/debuffing capabilities are something that I appreciate having on my account up until now.

This is not accurate. Venti is not on the same tier as Xiao. Miko is not just relevant c6 Faruzan is not situational. Hmm it had some issues for sure. The other placements are acceptable I guess but these are put wrong. Venti is a situational character, Xiao is an onfield that requires c6 Faruzan or Xianyun so I guess he is also situational but the premium team still outputs similar damage to some of the other stronger ones, it's maybe not the most influential team in the game he still deserves more respect in current meta. YES he is short doesn't mean you have to go and disrespect him the guy has enough as it is.

I must admit, I like and agree with most of the placements as in who's higher and who's lower. But a little bit of a constructive criticism would better work on how the tiers are formed, literally from tiers 0.5-1-1.5 etc, they are all basically the same based on your explanations. You could probably do something like 1>meta-defining 2>meta 3-niche 4-non-meta and be done with that. good job tho!keep it up!

Leaks coming out essentially saying that we're near the end of new elements, thus, invest heavily in strong characters and elements. Don't pull weaker characters, get constellations of strong characters instead. The two named from Natlan we must pull are Murata and Columbina.

You are correct, Wanderer (and many others) were not fully discussed in detail or at all in the video. Not adding for excuse but for reasoning, I personally didn't have much time to myself when recording due to personal reasons and opted for a handful within certain tiers up until like T0.5 and T0, and even in T0.5 I didn't talk about everyone I believe.

Xiao in tier 1 is a joke, he was literally on wanderer level before xianyun 💀💀 since then he’s easily became tier 0.5 Xiao premium is currently one of the best teams in the game and has higher dpr than Neuvi at equal investment with collision plunges, TGS did a video on this I get that everyone has different opinions, but you can’t say xiao got an increase with xianyun, but then place him in the spot he was at before her 💀

My brother in christ TGS himself admits xiao has rotation issues which make him clear slower. Xiao if anything is still mouche level I’d watch Jstern on that. His calcs do not change the fact that his setup time and lack of burst damage hold him back.

It takes like 5 seconds to use all his supports skills and bursts, his burst literally has a 3 second cool-down and 10 er is optimal with triple anemo, lack of burst damage? All of his damage comes from his burst and he isn’t lacking in damage at all bro you don’t even know what you’re talking about 💀 Could you name these rotation issues? His previous issues such as energy and circle impact are gone, even people who disliked his issues like zajef started using him, Vars put him as a top 5 dps, meta changes fast bro Premium xiao is a better team than like Half of the characters teams in tier 0.5

This is a good list tbh, there are a lot of assumptions and consecions you need to make to be able to finish a tier list, and like, yeah, Lyney and Hu Tao definitely aren't on par with Arle, but you really can't put a lot of on-fielders on T0 (aside from Neuvi), so you would have to move them down to T1 and separate them too much. Overall, I like the enfasis on supports and characters like Raiden that strenghten and allow you to make a lot of teams in your account, great vid!

I'm glad you liked it! I will say it was difficult putting some characters in certain tiers (especially the On-Fielders, like you mentioned) due to capacity but also the fact that there's many things to consider outside of simply what they do themselves (i.e. teams, usage rates over time, fighting scenarios, rotations, etc.).

Shenhe is t4, i have no idea how you could rank her above faruzan. I'd also rank the three cryo onfielders (ganyu, ayaka and wrio) all in the same placement, ganyu's melt team is still an advantage over ayaka not being able to run those as well, and her freeze team received a large buff with furina (this team also makes kazuha and venti be sidegrades, meaning she isnt locked to venti's matchups)

Fine by me, my point about shenhe and faruzan is that Meanwhile faruzan alone has her slot guaranteed at any anemo onfielder's team when she's C6 (and without her all of them fall several placements in practical combat efficiency, she singlehandedly pulls a significant portion of weight on the element) Shenhe by role compression issues doesnt find her teamslot in any melt team in the game except for speedrunning shells, and in freeze you can use a charlotte/furina team to replace her without major loss (in fact its better in AoE because quills arent in the equation), she is a unit that can be replaced without major loss unlike faruzan

Kuki,Arle and Alhaitham are definitely higher you cannot for a Team without DPS and neuvillete isn't the only one, so they are definitely high tier meta. Zhongli too, He is one of the highest used unit since his release 4 years ago, if that's not meta, then nothing is

Kuki and ZL I can understand and potentially may reconsider (notably due to how valuable comfort is to many players as well as what they offer aside from that), but I still think Arle and Alhaitham at T0.5 is fine as is. I am actually a little shocked not having them T0 as I'm someone who quite literally mains Arle and Alhaitham on my acc and tend to be biased towards them tbh💀. Regardless, it's still a good placement and as high-tier DPS units they provide notable benefits to an account if you have the right supports for them! Still, I'm understanding to your thought on why they should be higher~

Arlecchino and Alhaitham just are not at the level of someone like Neuvillette since they do have notable weaknesses. Arlecchinos prefers having Bennett on the team, Alhaithams prefers having Nahida on his teams. Arlecchino can die easily when you’re in Bennett circle and for some players shielding or defensive utility is advisable and this will lower her overall damage, she is a very good dps but just not in the same tier as Neuvillettes. Neuvillette does not rely on any character, is basically immortal, can fit defensive units into his teams without notable damage loss, has many team options and is the best AoE dps in the game with a very low skill ceiling. Like Alhaitham and Arlecchino they are not meta defining

@@justawalter9752 Neuvillete isn't defining anything as he doesn't definites any of the 30 DpS in the game. He is just deferent level strong and no one else can relate. Arlechino and Alhaitham defines to the other DPSs in game about How strong a DPS can be, You cannot unlock the strongest Pyro and Dendro teams without them, a DPS. Bennet might be the greatest Buffer in game, But if someone asks you how to reach the highest Pyro damage, the answer will be Arlechino, not Bennet, if that's not defining then I don't know what is.

And that also doesn’t really cover my argument, Arlecchino still has Bennett in almost all of her best teams and that is always disadvantageous for meta value as this means you cannot play other characters that want Bennett on the other side, the same goes for Alhaitham, how can a character be meta defining if they heavily rely on another character to actually be the best at what they do? I guess we have other definitions of meta defining, Neuvillette is a character that has nearly no weakness, doesn’t rely on certain characters to be what he is and can hardly be countered. Give Arlecchino an aggressive enemy and some players will struggle, take Alhaitham without Nahida and he will feel average. All of the characters in the highest tier have something in common and that is regardless of the situation and regardless of the account they will have unconditional value.

Honestly, I really wanted to have them higher (if that's what you mean by this comment - if not then erm oopsie), but I have heavy bias esp towards Arle and Baizhu and ig I was a bit strict with myself on putting them any higher. But T0.5 isn't bad tho so coulda been worse (imagine if i put them T1...oh boy)

Great video but at 10:29 the alley flash isn’t an event weapon your mixing it up with festering desire 😂 but it is hard to get since you can only pull it on the weapon banner if I’m not wrong

I also find it weird that his name means blessed, but he is unlucky at every step. His actual constellations don't sound that unlucky to me either.... More like foreshadowing of his life...The wheel does seem to spin clockwise, though (and the wheel of fortune should do the opposite). But then, fortuna's wheel gives luck depending on who is on bottom or top and is more about uncertainty of fate than real fortune.... So for me, that would signify his luck possibly changing later - more than his misfortune being set in stone... Yes, Mona, ya' wrong! His connection to Mare Jivari is also weird. It supposed to be far and impossible to get there but there he was and now he's in Mondstat. And he seems to know or something (based on his poem)... Sus... And... MJ is described as a land of lava (which one cannot step on) when Lavawalker's story is told by the artifact set. But then, Stanley describes it as sea of ashes (so it changed). Yet, the old adventurer also describes it as having wind and flames, but clearly walkable, as he didn't just make it there but came back, too... So my theory is that Bennet was found in a domain while Mare Jivari is also a place in Natlan. Or... The adventurer went through some abyss portal and that took him back in time (both domains and the abyss seem to have the ability to warp time and space). So, the adventurer might have sorta went back in time (maybe closeer to the Lavawalker's death than Stanley's visit to MJ) and he picked up... Well... The reincarnated Lavawalker or the dragon souverin (which kinda resembles a Phenix). Or... X&hdhdjdhcque - what's-his-name (mayan twin god) - who is supposed to be entombed by primal fire. Maybe this primal fire is similar to the primordial water (in the sense that it has some special properties) and... Maybe Bennett is the tomb - so to speak. Then his misfortune could come from - in away - having a dead thing's remains on/in him. He does look a lot like Iansan (I know, she's dark skinned, but that might be a suntan issue) and her name refers to a godess in real world... X-dude in mayan mythology had a twin... So... Thinking of the Dain quote...Maybe Bennett's destiny is to adventure in Mondstat, then coming back to Natlan, being reborn (= remembering his true identity) and if - upon taking his new life experiences into account - he decides so, it'shis time to become the ... Dunno... New pyro dragon who takes back his authority? The next pyro archon? Or the Lavawalker 2.0 (whatever that dude was). The pyro archon is supposed to tell a secret to the traveler and Natlan people are weirdly friendly with dragons....there has to be something there... Also, Columbina is blind, like Fortuna should be... Just saying... G...can we skip 4.7 and 4.8? Lets just jump to 5.0...
