Obviously I love the original but this relationship is SO MUCH BETTER in this one. Aaron actually has a personality in this one. In the original he is incredibly bland but I understand in this version why she would like him for more than just thinking he is cute. I don’t get why people are being so hard on Chris.

I loved this movie better than I expected to. Sure, it's not as iconic as the original, but Angourie and Chris are solid actors, and portrayed their characters well. 💕

I adore this! People are giving Angourie Rice a lot of flack, but I think she was a great Cady, and I loved her and Christopher chemistry.

I don't understand why girls pretend to be dumb just to talk to their crush. They let thier talent, thier knowledge,thier self- esteem go to waste. When a guy have to talk to girls or make girls notice him , he has to win something, be smart and all those but why does a girl have to be dumb just to get a guy's attention. If a man loves you , they will love you however you are ,show them your real self , not just to him to everyone, be happy, be yourself, show your talents. If he truly likes you he will notice you eventually

Idk why people are hating on this version so much! It was pretty cool and the modern twist they added didn’t feel overwhelming, I had a great moment!! Like, sure, Renée’s Regina isn’t like Rachel’s, but nowadays mean girls tend to be like that😅😅
