Butter 82% - 200 g
Condensed milk - 220 g
Black chocolate 56% cocoa - 100 g

Beat the soft butter and add the melted and cooled chocolate, beat in an airy mass.
Preparation
1. Line the bottom of the dish with non-stick baking paper. Lay paper tape along the wood. If there is a second form, then prepare it in the same way.
2. Combine sifted flour with cocoa powder, soda and baking powder.
3. Combine eggs at room temperature with salt, vanilla sugar and regular sugar. Beat at maximum speed for 4-5 minutes.
4. Add vegetable oil or melted butter, stir at low speed.
5. Add sour cream and stir until smooth
6. Add flour mixture in two steps, mix gently with a spatula.
7. Divide with a scale into two equal parts and bake in an oven preheated to 160 ° C on a medium level without convection for 40-45 minutes.
The finished biscuit has the same consistency under the fingers in the center and closer to the edge of the mold.
8. Remove the cakes from the molds and cool completely on a wire rack.
9. Trim the top of each and cut into two identical layers.
Cream
1. Beat soft butter for 3-5 minutes into an airy light mass.
2. Add condensed milk at room temperature in small portions, whisk thoroughly after each addition.
3. Add melted and chilled chocolate and whisk into an airy mass.
4. For ease of use, transfer to a pastry bag.
Assembly
1. Place the first cake on the dish and soak it with syrup, I use condensed milk diluted with water 1: 1
2. Apply approximately one third of the cream, smooth.
3. Spread the orange jam on top in the form of dots.
4. Repeat everything with the second and third layers.
5. Place the fourth cake layer and soak it in the syrup. Spread the remaining cream on top and sides with a thin layer and send to the refrigerator for stabilization for 1 hour.
6. Cover the cake with any stable cream or chocolate fondant.
7. Make a relief on top with a wavy knife, and sprinkle the sides with oven-dried crumb from one cake.
8. Sprinkle with a thin layer of cocoa powder and garnish the cake with pops from the second cake trimmings.
9. Send the cake to the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
10. Before serving, be sure to warm at room temperature for 30-40 minutes
