Quick question: how do you remove the disk without messing the top up too much? For example, do you freeze the cake first or something? I don't use an acrylic disk when decorating cakes, but I'm curious in case I decide to try it sometime ☺️

Great question! Many of our customers freeze the cake for 20 minutes before removing the disks. Juli personally removes the disks immediately after icing.
