Im 18 and ur one of the main reason why i decided to get fit and build a strong passion for football again. All i say is thanks bro for motivating me and a lot of other people out there. Ive been injured way too many times in football because of my fitness and i finally have been going 5 months strong with excellent form. Inshallah i get that promotion ive been working towards and maybe even thank you in person one day

For the begginers, One thing to be aware of is when you're doing chest day make sure to add an exercise that targets the upper chest(like pike pushups) otherwise you'll have an over-developed lower chest thus a saggy look

Pike push ups target front delts primarily, decline press ups are upper chest focused thougg

decline push-up while gripping dumbells is excellent for upper chest, the extra stretch at the bottom is everything

This is legit ! I’d suggest reversing the reps in the opposite order to build a prominent upper chest and avoid over development in the lower pecs.

Dont rush it. Practice the negative hold by starting in the “dip” movement and pushing urself up

@@vardhansingu7512 I see. Maybe your body isnt ready to do dips yet. Use resistance bands or do bench dips to build up strength in your bones. You could also try different grips like straight bar dips or using rings which could be more comfortable.

Sets for bodyweight exercises are iffy. You should really be doing sets to failure if you're looking to grow. Doing numbered sets will just build muscle endurance after while and not size

There's way more challenging exercises Like one arm handstand weighted push-ups and one arm weighted muscle ups.

@@MONGOTV1r6 that’s true but if decline push ups are a 2 dips gotta be at least a 4. Ring dips, ring flys, pelican push ups, ring planche push ups, etc would range around 5.5-9 on the difficulty scale.

Because they're way harder bodyweight exercises like one arm one finger weighted 90 degree push-ups and one arm one finger feet together weighted push-ups.

3 days of training max. Don't need to do them daily, the gains come after the workout during rest.
