Love these moves. I've been doing the shoulder stand to bent-arm planche and back for reps. I'm scared to handstand on the p-bars, but would like to work on that. I started handstand practice 2 months ago and hit a 30 second free standing handstand this week, but the frustrating part is that I only catch about 1 out of 5 or 6 kick ups. How long do you think it takes to get to a point where you can catch at least half of your kick ups?

I just went the press route for consistency. But it took 11 months 😊

I would assume you need to at least master pike push up first

Yeah I would recommend. Also go as deep as possible with your pike pushups
