Thank you for subscribing mate. Yeah the fritters are awesome. They were the thickest cut ones I've ever done and to be honest they are better when cut thinner.

I could smell it from here Ron, drovers delight. Great river to be cooking on to mate. I spent many years droving and working out there and had plenty of great feeds out a camp oven, didn’t always look as good as yours though, excellent cooking mate 🤙🏽🍺🤠

I always tell people to shovel out what they think they need in the way of coals then without even thinking about it take half of that away and your usually pretty close to where you should be.

Can I please ask did you use your aluminium oven for this or is this a cast iron oven. We love watching you cook. Can’t wait to get out there and try it ourselves

That was cooked in cast iron, but I cook dampers and scones in my aluminium ovens all the time, they are very good at it as they are harder to burn the food with so it makes it a bit easier.
