Camping and Exploring in the Dragoon Mountains

After Thanksgiving we headed to the Dragoon Mountains with our friends to enjoy some time camping and checking out a new area. After a freezing cold night enjoying a nice fire and staying warm in our 0 degree sleeping bags, we headed out to explore the mountains and find some nice views. We were planning to reach China Peak but didn't make it this trip because someone wasn't feeling well. We found a nice camp for next time and then hopefully we can continue exploring! 11-25-22

Thanks Sara and Nick, my brother and I wouldn't of never known of this very scenic and cool shelf road if it wasn't for you two and this video. We were born and raised in Bisbee just 50 miles away and have driven past the Dragoon Mountains very many times. We had been in the Dragoons many years ago a couple times but never explored it to this extent. We never imagined that such amazing ride was to be had, luckily we had enough time and was able to make it to the top of China Peak.

Haha! Thanks! We definitely want to come back here. There’s plenty left to check out and the views were amazing! Not sure we will travel as far as WI, but hoping to at least make it as far as CO some day!

New to your channel. ✌️👋 Fellow Jeeper. I did some growing up in Tombstone. 8th grade-High School, young adult, etc. The dragoon mountains are home to me. Been there hundreds of times. I enjoyed the video and look forward to more. Exploring Arizona one Trail at a time. 🤘

Not yet 😅 I know we need to. We camped on mt. Graham for 4 days a month ago and it was sooo nice!
