In this instalment of Can it Canapé... Jamie turns leftover roast lamb and gravy into delicious filo cigars. Will this crispy snack successfully canapé? We think so!
If you've got any roast dinner leftovers, try out this recipe making use of leftover meat and gravy together with some filo pastry in a totally ingenious way! Crunchy filo cigars with lamb and gravy, plus a tangy mint dipping sauce that's sure to impress!

I can taste this just by looking. Phenomenal. In fact there are a few canapés can be made from roast dinner leftovers. For a vintage retro 70s amuse bouche, try making (another filo thing) tiny vol-au-vents with leftover bread sauce. Mix the stuff with sweated shredded leek or finely chopped mushrooms. If you have LOADS of bread sauce (I have made it specially for this on occasion) then you can have a few flavours. Nice one Jamie! 🌟👍

Wet woolen socks with toothpaste, can food taste any better🤣🤣🤣🤣 Oh yes , mix some very salty old tasting fish in with the toothpaste for a dipping sauce😂😂🎉🎉🎉
