This video is quicker than our usual pace and I'm using our new Leaps and Rebounds rebounder. As time goes on we add to our routine starting with 2 counts on a movement on the first section then, moving on to double time where moves are quicker. For the first half, concentrate on a deep push down and on the second section, concentrate on control and balance.

If you are looking for some inspiration, I'd love to give some tips. First off, I love the style of this video. I like when its not counted, so I can bounce at my own pace and not feel rushed. Try making videos with 1 minute of a move then switch. This is helpful. The repetition of this video is engaging and allows the mind to zone into the movement. When the videos are too complicated, or are only counted for sets of 8, then they are difficult to follow. Every rebounder bounces a bit different, so its never exact. And lastly, the music is just superb. some of your older videos just don't have the same quality. The 25-30 minute videos are perfect to get a quick workout in before the workday. Please please make another one like this soon, I swear I do this one at least 5x a week and I'd love another one or 2 to rotate in with it.

Hell no was this easy!! I skimmed through the video before I started to see if I wanted to do it. Said to myself, that doesn't look bad. Yeah right!! Great simple moves with no choreography to learn but a complete sweat and burning thighs. I loved it!! Thanks Scott.

Fantastic pace! Made this a real heavy breather for me. LOL! Also loved the fact that the moves were repeated numerous times. That really helped me focus on my form for each move. Great job, Scott!

I did it 🎉🎉🎉🎉 Nearly wept when Scott added one of each at the end 😂😂I seem to remember screaming Noooooo. 😅 But i kept going and loved it , i was better with the double time but the whole workout was great , really pushes you , but thinking ahead of what move comes next kept me focused. The music was perfect too. Love love loved it. 🎉 Now for a long shower 🥵🥵

I wasn't sure how I'd do maintaining this pace all the way through but I did ok. Was breathless and sweaty by the end though so it was definitely working! Thanks from the flabby Spiderman. 😀

@@sanfranfitnessGreetings! I've been mixing it up a bit, combining some of your workouts with the classes I do during the week. I need to do more strength stuff, so I plan to restart some kettle bell workouts. The trickier bit is changing eating habits, I still eat too much junk food; the belly is smaller than it was, but it's still too big. I don't think much of this middle age spread lark - it sucks! We're still very much in lockdown in the UK so no prospect of getting back to the gym, consequently your videos are very valuable!

@@jonathanbignall1198 yes unfortunately it is the combination but it’s about a happy balance to. Maybe try some of Scott’s weight videos that you could try with kettle bells maybe? Anyway keep going and at least you are rebounding and doing something. I’m sure there are a lot of people who aren’t. 😉

@@sanfranfitness Thanks for the suggestion. One of these days I may have to invest in a bungee rebounder, this one is decent quality but if I don't oil it regularly the squeaking sounds like an old bed with a teenage couple...er...well you get the idea! 😂

I wanted to comment that when I look at the older videos of you when you first started to now, you’ve really changed your body, wow! You look fabulous and I definitely see a difference in your physique. I’ve exercised my entire life, and always loved HIIT classes at the gym. Covid put an end to the gym and classes so I bought a rebounder in May. Now I do your videos at home and continue to bike ride and roller blade on the off days. When I found your channel, it just clicked with me and now I just follow you guys. Much love from Naples Florida
