@@klegraefe Maybe it's wrong, but Nank AR-1 are great track tyres. If you go to a track day it's one of the most used tyre for smaller and medium cars.

Thanks Aussie!!The only benefit is saving money to pay someone to mount them haha. Itll be pain staking to demount the tire from the back barrel part though 😬. Also not sure how much track it’ll actually see as itll be more of a street car, which makes no sense to get track tires but they look soo good i couldnt help myself hahah 🤣. My awkward social skills couldnt figure out the correct name. Please forgive me 😅😂

@@klegraefe They are a good looking wheel and tyre combo, not cheep either. You won't get much of a life span from AR1''s on the street. We managed to get through a set at 1 hill climb, but he did beat a couple of Ferraris'... I've seen some guys cut the tyre round the middle of the tread to get access to the split. Usually the tyres had it by then any way so it's not a big loss...

Combination of really stiff tires, LIKE STIFF, and a thinner lip on the wheel, the tire machine uses a nylon head to set the bead and the lip bent before the nylon head snapped. 😩
