Hi! I made a jalapeno jelly where you have to blend the jalapenos with 1 cup of apple cider vinegar. I like your recipe with the diced peppers!! Sooo pretty!!

That looks so delicious. I love your videos. You give great instructions and I feel like I’m siting with you and chatting over a cup of coffee. I’ve never made jam or jelly so this gives me some courage. Hugs❤️

So my pepper jelly turned out to sugary, I tried to do the math and tested several trails of mixed peppers. I learned that if you freeze the peppers overnight much easier to cut and de- seed Thanks for the teaching Lady

Hi John! Try cutting sugar down next time. You can use less sugar , you probably won’t get as many jars, but it will work. Thanks For Watching and Commenting.

Hi John...I would boil it all up and add more vinegar and sweet peppers to dilute the sugar ... Regards from Sunny South Afruca

I tried to make this but it didn’t set up I think cause I didn’t drain the juice from peppers after they was in food processor

Pamela, sorry that it didn’t set up. Great over cream cheese even if it didn’t get thick. Maybe your pectin was old? Did you cook it for 1 minute after adding sugar? Thanks For Watching and Commenting. ❤️Judy

Hi Chris, Water Bath in canner , Jars covered with about 2 inches water above lids. Boiling jars for 10 minutes! Thanks for watching and commenting ❤️

Is knox gelatin the same as fruit pectin

I do not have Fruit Pectin...I Googled for substitutes and I will try Chai Seeds to thicken my Jealapeno Jelly. I am going to add a small tin of crushed pineapple....vinegar and see what happens... Regards from Sunny South Africa

Janice, no it’s not. You need Sure Gel pectin like I used in the video. Judy

What would happen if we put 4 or 3 cups of sugar?

Hi Angela, I don’t think it would hurt the pepper jelly. It would be less sweet, which is fine but you will probably get less jars of pepper jelly. Try it and see what you get! Thanks For Watching and Commenting!!! Have a great weekend ❤️

Those do NOT look like Serrano peppers‼️they look more like immature Cayenne peppers‼️
