Could you use Canvas to organize department information? Like a Birth-to-Three team, that doesn't have a typical K12 use, but still wants to organize and share information internally. What would you do?

Short answer YES! We call these Canvas Information Hubs. Schools, districts, and even small groups of teachers (department teams) can create a course that is solely for sharing and organizing important information!

Do you need to create your own courses, or does Canvas offer a K-12 curriculum built into the LMS system?

Currently, you have to create your own course. Unless your school district has developed its own courses. Right now I’m currently working on developing a Canvas Curriculum Course. Feel free to take a look at Canvasaurus Instruction on TPT.
