@@sheepdog819 they got confused by warranties of all things even though we worked it out beforehand then said he wanted a different color which we don’t have of course

@@ZanyWRLD Ah, I see. Finance fell asleep on the back end and your customer used color as a backdoor to get out of the deal. I usually set finance up for an easy sale. I talk about optional extended coverages that they can choose and tailor make depending on their driving habits. I explain as much as I can so they know I'm looking out for them all while selling them on the warranty.
