If you checked out 12 and 24 rounds of Surya Namaskar, you should try this out as well. Its not as easy as the 12 rounds but not as difficult as the 24 rounds! This workout is perfect for a quick cardio workout that will pump up your heart rate, work on stretching and strengthening about 90 per cent of your muscles. This workout is also great as a warm-up for runners, athletes and yoga practitioners.

Loveddd it!! I am the kind of person who gets bored with doing the same thing again and again; and as you can imagine, that is not good for getting into a regular exercise routine- the variations in each round did not let me get bored- I thoroughly enjoyed the workout! Thank you so much

Yeah someone else pointed out the same. I guess I got confused in the whole flow with the counting. :) The more Surya Namaskars the better I guess :D

Wowww wowww wowww👌👌👌👌 I have just completed 18 rounds of Sun salutations. I can’t tell you, how amazing I’m feeling. I never sweat like this. Feeling so much energetic. I couldn’t able to do 16th round of sun salutations properly. It needs practice. I’ll do it one day 😊.

Wow ! I can’t believe I finished this workout, although I had paused to drink some water after the ninth round and also had to pause to wipe my mat during Round 16 (downdog push-up variation) as my hands kept sliding on the mat. Thanks for this amazing flowing workout Coach Rashmi !!! …. Didn’t have the energy to comment yesterday so doing it today 😬

Reshmi I liked it, Can we add few more variation for another 5 rounds, like veera bhadrassa three variation, etc. I am 59, try my best to do 25 rounds Ashtanga suryanamaskar and then do the variation 20rounds and the last rounds again Astanga.

Haha this was 19 rounds that roughly took 40 minutes. A 54 rounds video with variations will take around 2 hours which is totally unnecessary.

After 10th Round my body start shivering and stopped and relaxed by lying down on the mat. But I enjoyed it.. Tomorrow i will try complete the full cardio.

Hmm...I don't subscribe to the idea of burning calories especially because everyone's body works differently. Yes there could be a tough estimate but aren't just the Surya namaskar rounds enough to keep you going? :)

I have yet to try out the 24 rounds video, will surely attain that kind of strength and will power too in near future. All the variations u add make it more interesting too. Hi Rashmi- I love doing Surya Namaskar however your version with variations in each round is just perfect!! I do it at least 4 times a week and then I feel that I don’t need any other form of exercise. This covers full body workout and cardio, all in one. I have a quick question- how many approximate calories do we burn if I exactly follow this video

Hi Rashmi, amazing workout. Been doing this for a couple of months regularly. I slowly started noticing that round 13 and later seemed long. Then I realized, you start round 14 on right, then go back to round 13 on left and then again start round 14. So essentially we are doing one round extra 😀

Hi Rashmi, I loved this version of cardio. Suryanamaskar with variations gets rid of boredom of repetition. Thanks 😊. I had a doubt, I have started doing these after some time of being largely inactive. I feel sleepy all day long after a session if these in the morning. What am I doing wrong?

Wow …. Haven’t sweat this much and the first time I did it, I was really challenged and yet I loved it. Thank you for doing this. I don’t know how you can do this and talk and yet not break into a sweat 😂

@@YogalatesWithRashmi You are truly amazing Rashmi!!! You give me so much strength and energy. I have been doing your 12 rounds Surya Namaskar for 3 months every day. And when I started, I had osteoarthritis which I didn't know I had this condition until yesterday. But no matter how painful, I still did it every day. And I got better everyday. When I started doing the 18 rounds a few days ago, certain variations were a bit challenging for my knees but I continue to do them. Is that ok or should I change to a simpler variation? Any advise you can give me would be much appreciated.
