got a brand new rack from you guys, the preload was nonexistent and it didn't even engage the rack when powersteering was loss resulting in the teeth to slip and my clock spring to be ruined, thanks!

Can I get a part number for the nylon yoke or am I expected to buy a new rack for $200+ just for a replaceable nylon yoke/spring?

2010 malibu ls and mine doesn't when I turn left and sometimes right. Guessing this is what it is seeing as I can't figure out what else it could be.

Good morning, gentlemen. I've got a GM/Malibu LTZ 2.4 - 2010/2010. It has been presenting lots of noises at the steering wheel box, which sound like suspension noises, but the problem is not about suspension. I watched your videos and everythinh leads me to believe that my problem is the same that's been reported on it. I need some clarifying: 1. is it possible to acquire the rack steering directly from you? 2. are you able to mail it to Brazil? Thank you.

Lol I just noticed he says same sentence. "The nylon wears evenly and doesn't break down" Why does it wear if it doesn't break down? Doesn't that cause more space than metal to metal? Nylon does wear down faster than Teflon and metal.

Seriously? For a big brand, ur r&d seem to be lacking on the experties by doing such basic mistakes that cause major issues in future.. This is what happened when u just want to compete with others in term of looks and confort because u should actually start from the quality of the part it self from it basic functioning work..

Alister, we appreciate the feedback. Our adjustments on OE design are always based on common fail points we observe in the original parts. Did you personally experience problems with the nylon yoke in the video?
