Carlene stood out to me in the 1980s as a fun,pretty and talented singer and looked forward to any music she released and her music with Dave Edmunds was a treat.Great to see her still thriving in all ways.

TY Dan, I met Carlene in 1992 in Tucson, front row she took my cowboy hat put it on and sang come on back , I been mesmerized since, beautiful and fun lady, God bless the Carter Family...

I do so hope that the Carter Fold opens back up in Virginia 2021 or 2022 and that Carlene will perform there, so I can make a “pilgrimage” of sorts there. Or maybe Carlene will go on tour closer to my home. I would very much like to see her perform, too. I like so much that Carlene performs the Carter tunes and that she writes her own, such as this one [I’m pretty sure this one’s hers]. Thank you for posting this sweet tune.
