I love how Cleetus got thrown around his cell by a black tentacle mass, but it wasnt until he tasted his blood that he thought something might be off about Brock lol

Cleetus: Got attacked by literal tentacles coming out of a person body Also Cleetus: That’s blood tasted weird

You can’t really blame Venom. He’s just trying the defend Eddie there. Good friend he is

What also makes Cleetus's insult more meaningful is how Venom reacts to it. Both Venom and Eddie share the same exact memories and Venom probably read far into his past and Venom tried to defend him, so that means everything Cleetus said is true.

Miss the perfect opportunity when Cassidy said " you're going to die alone " Eddie should have just said, "boy, I wish that was true" andn venom having some kind of comeback on how much Eddie loves venom.

The ‘you are a cancer to everyone line’ really hits deep when in the comics, that is what eventually kills Eddie :(

I'm wondering, if Venom is inside Eddie's head (he says so in the first movie) why does Eddie have to actually talk so he can communicate with Venom? Can't he just think what he means to say, so he'll talk only to Venom and he won't get into awkward situations like with the prison guards as seen in these scenes? In the movie I'd figure it's mostly for comic effect but how about in the comics? Is it the same thing?

As soon as I saw this scene, I began to fully understand why Carnage is red in colour. It turns out that as soon as Cletus managed to bit out the part of Venom out from Eddie's body, the tiny symbiote got intermixed immediately with Eddie's blood as soon as he got it out, making Carnage to be red in color.

The fact that the guard didn’t notice until Eddie started screaming was absolutely embarrassing.

Venoms problem is Venom has emotional issues he can’t control, and it’s so bad that he lets people get to him even if they’re intimating Eddie Brock

This movie felt like something you'd see in the early 2000s when CBMs weren't doing particularly well outside of Spider-Man and X-Men. It's just unacceptable to have a Venom vs Carnage movie be so bland and forgettable when it isn't even 2 years old yet.

The "Venom voice" is still the lamest, cringes thing I've heard in a movie, second only to all the other Tom Hardy character voices out there. I'm pretty sure it's the only reason I've only seen KZfaq clips of this movie and have never been able to make the time to sit and watch the whole thing.
