Carnage - Trolvo Runs New PBs!

2 жыл бұрынAfter fitting the Kelford Cams, we found the Trolvo had 70hp more at the wheels. So we headed out to Heathcote Raceway to see what those extra horses would do.

Damn right! I watched a lot of old Carnage vids (and some new ones as well) throughout Victoria's endless fkn lockdowns, and it got me through some bleak days and nights, I am happy to admit!

Can definitely hear that vibration over the engine. Something is rubbing or it’s shagged wheel bearings. She looks like a wild ride. Probably my favourite CARnage vehicle.

Oops it worked! There’s main stream media Australia, which I don’t particularly like. Then there’s genuine ‘just send it’ Australia, full of genuine people having a crack. Much better. Great result!

@@ldnwholesale8552 LPG is proper fuel and has advantages over old dinosaur bones, but you have to know what you are doing. Can't just go to a speed shop and buy a Holley for LPG. Takes specialised knowledge which is a bit thin in Australia.

She’s a quick brick. Nice touch with the MCM lanyard tethering the 360 degree camera to the rear windscreen. Due to how flat the 240 glass is, I’d think it’d stay on

Could you take the trolvo to Maxx or MPW and get those guys to give you a hand in suspension setup. You have some major gangsta lean coming off the line. Love the fact the small capacity engine in the carnage workshop is the quickest car, keep up the good work Scotty 👌🏼

Well done Scotty, mate you just need to get the VN with better lower temps in the air and a re tune, get the air temps at the intake down to at least 30 degrees and you will see better times, at 60 c that's to high, maybe a interchiller using the a/c gas to cool the intake temps down, i know its expensive but it works 100% ? If only someone with a 5 axis cnc and aluminium casting, to make a manifold to have the A/c gas pumped through it while still allowing the air etc to go though it etc. :)

Well Scotty, you've got a hot rod on your hands. The engine and some suspension work will be cool, but I think you might be heading toward some kinda cage work if you start to run '9's. Something discrete for a 9.5, after that I forsee a radical diet. Good work Scotty.

The Trolvo delivers. It still looks reasonably stock. It was a hard road but I think (as I didnt have to do the work) worth it.

need to get that t brake sorted and have the control on the steering wheel. definitely got some more potential in the current set up. i reckon it could crack into the lower 10's with that et.
