I'm 27 but my body feels ancient. I have scoliosis and had a spinal fusion as a kid. I worked as a stonemason, then joined the Army at 17, and have thru hiked the 2,000+ mile Appalachian Trail. I desperately need to work on my mobility - today was day 1. Thanks for the stretch, coach!

Thanks so much for this great video. Getting on the floor is super painful on my knees so I try to do standing workouts. I love that this gets my whole body thoroughly without making me climb down on the floor.

Loved that it was so quick and it included all the necessary stretches. I just paused when I needed some extra time on a particular stretch. When you said I am proud of you, I almost cried when you said I am proud of you because it was really hard for me to show up and exercise today.

Hello Caroline Jordan. My name is Anthony. Around a difficult period I went through a few months ago with my bodies muscles, I found your video to help with my flexibility and movement. I downloaded it and watched it everyday for stretches. You encouraged me through it that 5 minutes a day really makes a difference. I also learned to smile more. Thanks. Back problems, so prefer standing exercises. I also do an hour on the treadmill, but still need to do some stretching!

If your quads are crazy tight like mine, modify by lifting your foot on top of the chair seat rather than holding with hand

Perfect for me….I add it to my walking regime….sometimes 5,000 steps-up to 15,000 steps in one day. I have shared this video because you make it short and to the point‼️

Great fast beginners stretching made me realise how inflexible I've become and also weak. Glad that I'm doing everyday to gain back strength and flexibility and mobility thankyou

I love this video so much, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I had to force myself to stretch tonight and I kept telling myself that 5mn could make a big difference.
