Good Morning Uliana! I am 350 pounds and I been felling a little anxious. I did this 5 minute standing yoga and I feel great! Thank you so much for this shirt and easy class for overweight beginners like me. It was easy to do a little challenging when I had to bend to the right and left and feel the stretch on my legs. This is one of my favorite stretches to do before a morning workout. It gets the necessary kinks out of my joints and muscles . It's like a pre- pre- workout ❤

I just had to tell you, I hurt my lower back yesterday and after doing this routine before bed and then again this morning, my pain is so bearable I don't even need ibuprofen!!! Thank you again for such a simple yet amazing moves! You're very much appreciated! 😍

Thank you for this video . It’s a great way to start the day especially if you don’t have a lot of room or time to get out a yoga mat . I do it in the bathroom waiting for my morning bath to run. 🙏🏻
