A 22¢ metal washer from the hardware store becomes a mixed media necklace that surprised me along the way! All the numbers on the necklace represent something I am grateful for in some way...this became a wearable gratitude reminder of all the every day things I have to be grateful for in my life. Eugenie MacFarlane - I am not familiar with this channel or person doing this video but there seems to be a link to her blog in the description box. I'm guessing the supplies she uses would be listed there somewhere. As for gel medium, it looks like she's using just regular "acrylic gel medium." It is sold wherever artists acrylic paints are. I know Liquitex is one brand that I have used.

Not sure why you'd bother to cut out paper & adhere it, even making sure that print was right side up on both sides. The print is, for the most part, not visible on the blue/green washers... and is totally covered with paint on the pink rainbow washers!! Also, I would expect a product called 'Liquid Glass' to have a glassy smooth finish. Does that Liquid Glass always have that 'lumpy' look? I'd prefer smooth. What sealer or finish would give a nice, thick, smooth surface?
