Hey I know you made this video about like 8 years ago or whatever but I'm having one in 3 days and then my other in about 2 months I was wondering how about about riding a mountain bike or playing video games in place of not being able to ride a mountain bike I guess lol

Dr Brutus, I just had endoscopic tunnel carpal surgery release 6 days ago. The numbness and tingliness on my right fingers did not Go away. My doctor did not indicate any physical therapy. After 6 days you think is ok to start PT? Or is too late since adhesions have formed ?

after the operation of carpal tunnel is okey that after 1 day there's a bluewish color?

Yes, its from the stitches usually. I am not the doctor but this happened to me and it was just the color from the stitches fading onto the bandage. Mine was a dark blue almost black color. It goes away.
