Carrot Top did something remarkable for comedy. "Corny humor" is something most comedians avoid at all cost. Carrot Top decided to base his entire act on corny jokes, and he made it work! And here he shows that he can do more traditional comedy quite well too. That's talent.

He was talking too fast, he didn’t give the audience enough time to react and laugh. Subconsciously, I think people wait until a comic pauses to laugh. You don’t laugh during a joke, you laugh at the various punchlines essentially. He’s more just telling a funny story, he’s not quite doing a comedy routine. I think a lot of the other comics did it better. Better jokes, better tangents, etc. This was just alright, but I’m not a huge fan of his or anything so maybe I’m just jaded. I was entertained nonetheless. I just didn’t laugh
