The triangle has been re-designed and the trains go through much faster now. I was staying with friends in Dumbarton, I departed one morning very early and arrived at Carstairs around 6am just out of curiosity to see what passed through. 2009

Good to see some memories of busier times. I now find my videos of 2014 and 2004 very popular with newer viewers. TOO COLD TO GO OUT MUCH AT THE MOMENT. Keep them coming....all the best Mike in Llanblethian, Wales

GOT TO AGREE WITH YOU MIKE. I not been out now for a month or two, I quite enjoy watching my old videos and dont get a lot of joy from the modern image. O.... AND MY BED DONT WANT ME TO GET UP IN THE MORNINGS. LOL

Yes you wouldn't recognise the layout at Carstairs now Keith, at lot has changed up here. Remarkable to see all the old liveries again and a class 90 on the sleeper stock, that jogged a few memories. Thanks for sharing Keith, take care, Colin.

Nice video Mr Smile.I much prefer the older days of the railway than the cold,faceless rail infrastructure and what l would call buses on rails.Hope you’re staying safe and well 👏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quite a few changes since this was filmed Keith, liveries and layout for instance. Not the best of weather but you certainly made the best of it. Seeing that lattice footbridge has given me an idea for my model layout too 👍

YES. DED RIGHT. Me not out at all except to see Lady June and thats hard enough co's my legs dont want to go and my ankle ulcer just will not heal. but hey.....I'm still alive n kicking. Cheers
