I filmed from big drop 1 to rapid 31. Yes there are now 31 1/2 Rapids now! Big drop 3 is a make it or break it rapid and at these temperatures mistakes are not allowed.

Nice work. Looks cold down there. You have the upper section? And rapid 29? Seems at that level, it'd be the gnarliest.

Which shuttle option did you use? I have been considering a solo trip, but the shuttle cost is steep split one way!

Hunter DeMint in Moab there are quite a lot of folks that have plenty of time to spare during winter. I asked a friend to shuttle me back from Hite. A few weeks later she asked me to shuttle her to GJ airport. Try Facebook Moab classifieds. I would offer a hundred bucks plus gas.

I traded favors with a friend in Moab to pick me up at the Dirty Devil take out. Jah it can be an expensive shuttle. Not a lot of traffic in winter, but in spring and summer you might be able to arrange a ride back with one of the outfitters .
