Can’t wait to try these, love your recipes. I laughed when you were talking about the jalapeños, a friend of mine was helping his wife cut up some jalapeños and he wasn’t wearing gloves. Well then he decided he had to go wee wee and guess what, he was dancing around for awhile. He tried showering, that didn’t help, he tried cold milk haha that didn’t help either. Yes wear those gloves 😅

I love Kielbasa, but being in Mississippi, I have my sausage made at Stringer's meat processor, near Columbia, MS. I prefer 60% Venison & 40% Pork blend with Pineapple & Pepperjack cheese! Oh how awesome it tastes! This recipe will be the bomb at our next outdoor kitchen gathering!😅

Sausages are great !! Like breakfast sausages . But Sausage like in the coil as you were using well I like both Garlic. And Kolbassa definitely . Grew up with Ukrainian and Polish food like Cabbage Rolls and Perogies as well Kolbassa!! Thank you for this recipe. I used mild Italian sausage. I did two links as you did. With the other two links I removed the sausage from the casing, browned it and added it to the mixture and stuffed half of the red pepper and half of a yellow pepper with it. I am just cooking for two so I didn’t need very much…this way I have another meal for another day! Happy 4th of July!
