Beautiful way to cook corn, thank you Catherine! My hubby and I are making this today for our Memorial Day dinner. I also really like the idea of potato/corn chowder to use the leftover milk mixture. No waste, which is so important to always be mindful of but especially during this pandemic when many people are food insecure. Blessings to you & yours! Edited to add: This recipe was amazing! Beyond delish, and this will be our new go-to way to cook corn on the cob. Thank you!

Yummy...I make a corn dish similar with corn cut off the cob in a fry pan, the same ingredients.....it’s also delicious

I would like to try this sometime. Looks yummy . FYI you can cook corn on the cob in the Instant Pot. It would take 4 minutes for all those cobs of corn.

I love some fresh sweet corn! I just pop mine in the microwave for 1-2 mins but that looks awesome and a great way to cook a whole mess of corn. Crockpots are life savers... I was wondering you you were gin a use the milk for some sweet corn bread or maybe hushpuppies or something; potato corn chowder sounds amazing!
