The first one (collar tie w/overhook) I taught our 170 8th grader beast boy but instead of posting in for launch, I had him step back with his overhook side and spiral-drag down. Works like a charm with half the opponents weight. Spiral-drag also works for modification of Hollywood (undertook w/chin lock from knees) commonly taught for middle schoolers.

@@Crashton26 yep. Nothing across the neck and opponent taken to ground in a safe and controlled manner. Even in the video used as a throw the opponent doesn’t leave the ground.

I used to use the bonus move all the time in high school. I was known for that move haha! Except they usually sprawl really hard and land flat on their face right next to you.

Kay A riding the buss back, I lost 3 matches and forfeit the last one, I’m JV and they are V..... I was elbowed in the face and have swelling. Thank God my optical bone isn’t broken... Edit: they are much more muscular.

hey yo just go BALLISTIC on them but make sure it's legal honestly when I'm in a match i just try to scare the crap outta them it dosnt matter how good they are you just gotta fight dont focus on the person your wrestlings amount of experience focus on taking them down and pinning them.
