According to Mom, the fishing industry collapsed in the early 90s and never really recovered.

The one man solution would of worked .I live on Chesapeake bay an they put a ban on catching rock fish that were nearly extinct they recovered

Ah, the human collapse is nigh. A good day for volumes of suffering in the universe, like your fishing stocks they will go down. Dead people don't cry, or breed new cry babies.
