How is the screening happening? I mean, the hybridization might only happen when there is a complementary ssDNA. BUT IN The replica plating there are the cells with intact dsDNA.

Hi there I use adobe illustrator to make the graphics also I use procreate software in my ipad to draw by hand , lastly I edit them in adobe photoshop , mostly I animate the content in PowerPoint 365

Hi there! Wanted to know if you could explain why the half life of mRNA in the species of interest should be an important consideration? Is it because the mRNA obatined may be from a different time under a different condition, other than that under which it was extracted?

In short when the mRNA is synthesised then give a pulse of radioactive or fluorescent labelled nucleotide then you have to track the signal over time it would be very similar to radioactive decay and it follows the same kinetics
