5:13 the thing about writing anything in the remarks section on the short CDR forum is, that the computer that scans the short CDR forums will automatically stop the scan and will kick the short CDR forum out for a manual review. So, just keep that in mind when you write in the remarks section. I don't know how up to speed this disability lawyer is on how the short CDR forums are being processed now, but all the short CDR forums are initially scanned by computers now of days.

It's always best to be honest especially about your personal health. If it's medical terminology or something needs to be medically explained it's best to have an actual doctor do the explanation, verbally or in writing.

My Dr. Was doing a home visit when I was filling out the short form..I did include an additional 1 page journal.

Wait I always heard that the Short form was for people less likely to have improved !

In the section, Do you have difficulty doing any of the following?" Can you check No, and explain the reason being No? For example, check No, for bathing, not difficult because I was provided a home disability accessible shower by the Veteran Affairs!! Hope that makes sense!!
