Sometimes mother nature dictates the landing, it sure wasn't the pilots fault. You always do great and I love watching your video's. We don't have many mountains in Michigan.....lol Awesome scenery!!! Thanks for the ride!!! ;-)

Hi Bambi, Here's a tip for you: If you don't have a funnel, you can always pour oil slowly down the dipstick into the engine

I am a 68 year old private pilot from Durban who had to give up flying solo due to medical reasons a few years ago. I just love your videos, they are such a pleasure to watch. Very nice videos Pilot Bambi. My daughter and I regularly watch your videos as we are both flying enthusiasts, but we still have to do our PPL though :-). But your videos are a great inspiration for both of us. Next time you visit SA fly north towards the Hoedspruit area. Beautiful scenery and lots of wildlife. Can't wait for your next videos.

Great video, I can imagine how much time you have spent with the editing! I'm normally not one to "point out" anything without being asked, but since you ask for it in your description, here are a couple of things that stuck out as... not 100% correct, maybe you can let me know if you agree: - Right in the beginning you are rolling on the runway and still asking everyone if they are ready. In this case I'm sure you had plenty of runway and it was not a factor, but not a good habit to make. - When landing you retracted flaps before exiting the runway. You should avoid any configuration changes until vacating, especially since you will be a commercial pilot and will likely transition to retractable gear planes. Is that Dutch you guys are speaking? We're practically neighbors :) Cheers!

@@quetimporta213 no worries. It's not the asking if they are ready a million times. I also ask my passengers if everyone is ready but I do that *before* I taxi onto the runway. On this video you will notice she is asking if everyone is ready while rolling on the runway already and losing runway which could be precious, in situations with a short runway, or even on long runways, in case of engine failure it could always be the difference between being able to still land on the remaining runway, or not making it and damaging the plane or even getting injured. There's an expression I've heard many times... we pay full runway, we use full runway 😊 cheers!
