Here is a video of most loved yet intimidating pose - Chakrasana #wheel pose
It is important to prepare spine, shoulders, legs specially thigh muscles and wrist before commencing the final pose.
This video includes techniques to get into #Chakrasana along with Preparatory poses.

I think this is the best thing to do. strengthening all the muscle groups and taking it slow instead of jumping straight onto the pose on DAY 1.

Thank you for this!!! I thought I could never get my arms up and they suddenly lifted. From my experience I rewatched her video and paid more attention to when she said focus on the thighs and having them inward and flexed to lift. My arms suddenly followed with it. I gave myself a month to get this down, but got it in a week with on an off days trying. You can do it, good luck!

A couple of days ago, I noticed to my surprise that I can't do this pose even though it was really easy for me when I was a teenager. This is a clear sign that my body is not what it used to be - I'm getting old! Thankfully, I found this video. I'll now do the exercises once or twice every day until I can perform chakrasana again.

Same here. In my 60s, after my 2 hip opeartions, it is a difficult to go back to chakrasna. Started yoga at the age of 6. Archie's preliminary asanas are helping a lot, before I try final chakrasna again.

OMG, unknowing I followed the same sequence...slowly slowly mastering each pose. I never trained myself into yoga...but just followed my gut instinct and did what my body was craving to do...I believe I am on the right path ..as I have heard yoga is not just about achieving right asanasa but it's a way of living ...amazing

I used to do chakrasana very easily till these last 5-6 years and I am struggling to lift my head up in that final step. I landed here looking for progressions. Seeing the asanas you have demonstrated as progressions I realised that I have also not been able to do Ushtrasana for the same number of years. My right arm just won’t go that back. I will be trying these again this week in hopes of getting into chakrasana again as effortlessly as I did earlier. Thanks for the calm and quiet demonstrations. Your voice is incredibly soothing.

You have beautifully explained this difficult Asana. I can do Ushtrasana and Dhanurasana but find Chakrasana almost impossible. Now with your step by step instructions I will attempt this posture. Thanks.

I like that you are not speaking while you are performing the postures. Your soothing voice-over sets the proper mood. Thank you. I will practice this progression. I had attempted the asana without the progression, which didn't feel right.

You have explained and shown in such a way , it has become so easy even my weight is around 68 but I can do it easily , but after doing this asana I got some back ache and not able to do next day , I will do the same as u have explained in vedio damn sure I'll definitely get rid of this back ache.............🤗🤗🤗

Thank you for suggesting , actually I need to loose my weight. I'm running in morning for 30-45 min and doing yoga by help of your channel for 20-30 min in morning .❤️❤️❤️ U r amazing🤗🤗🤗🤗 I lost around 7 kgs , still I need to loose more , my goal is 56 kg( ideal weight ) for 5.4 height.
