I'm having some friends over for New Years Eve and I wanted to share with you guys which sparkling wines I got to celebrate. I got a wide range of wines at different price levels (all under $60). We will go over different types of Champagne-style wines and then of course my Champagne wine picks. Today I'm drinking a Blanquette de Limoux. For New Years Eve, we will start with a California Blanc de Blancs Shramsberg, Pierre Moncuit Blanc de Blancs, Billecart Salmon, and then maybe get to a Cava and Gruet. Then, we will end the night with some nice reds from Napa Valley (Inglenook), Colchagua Valley Chile and from Spain.
