No matter what oil filter you use.. Changing your oil and air filter on a regular basis are key to good engine life.

How many miles are on the car?

This one has 145000 , but the filter tech relates to all models of vehicles

@@JoeTheAutoGuy thanks I have a 2014 Acadia with 50,000 mi on it. And I don't want to change the timing chains lol. So I just changed mine and put mobile one in it. And I don't think I'm going to wait 5,000 mi to change it. Thanks for the great video

Would never use the "orange can of death." The Fram higher end filters are not as bad though. I'll stick with Wix/Napa filters. If you do 5,000 mile OCI you don't need a extended life filter. I use synthetic oil and a decent filter and change at 5,000 miles Last 3 cars all over 200K. I'd never go with 7,500-10K+ in my vehicle. Great way to sludge up an expensive engine.

I absolutely agree. I am not a a long mileage interval person I never go over 5000 miles however I think a filter that is designed to is a good fit for engines

Is it as good as a Wix filter?? I bet not. None of Fram's other filters are. Just a fact, not an opinion.

Comparing to the economy FRAM filter yes the comparison is futile , high dollar filters are better built

No not really , channel sponsors help fund the cool projects , I don't recommend economy oil filters on anything. But high dollar well built filters that have shown me the difference I will fully support
