In this video you will understand the basis of feinting and how it can be used tactically to...
DETERMINE what your opponent seeks to do when you attack
DISTRACT your opponent to land a concealed attack and
DISPLACE your opponent so you can take the centre of the ring or reset and take a rest bite.

I teach my students the first three things you mentioned....AND I also teach a 4th reason to FEINT 4th Reason: To GET in POSITION either Close distance or change the angle [mainly in Southpaw vs Orthodox situations]

Un día nada tenía que hacer me dije ponte a escribir una canción donde pueda expresar el sentimiento de mis hermanos buscate un rumbero para que la cante con mucha pimienta y sentimiento....... esa canción de Óscar de León la escuche en tu Instagram ahora siempre la pongo cada vez que practico boxeo .... se necesita rumbero

I think it would be a really good thing too if You could advice us by the end of Your videos what types of exercises we should perform to improve a particular thing such as throwing punches or how to improve dodging,how to work on mobility or dynamic.. Iam really enjoying your channel When sparring where is the best place to focus your eyes I normally go for the eyes or the top of the chest area,or is there no written rule? The ending of the video really made me smile

I check my opponents eyes to see how composed he is and also where he might telegraph punches. The chest is good for observing multiple areas... feet, arms and head. Its a nice equilibrium point for your eyes but i use my eyes actively to feint, fake telegraphing and check specific details about my opponent. - Does he start of with good footwork? And does it deteriorate with his stamina? - Are his arms exposing a target area, arms too low, elbows wide etc - Is he flat footed? Is he too square?
