She is very knowledgeable and respectful of the music industry past and present instead of just being in the industry on her own and not caring about who built the foundation for her success. Sounds like she is very hard working and dedicated. That earns my respect of her.

nuclearseasons 1 I don't think she's underrrated. I mean, she had hits, wrote hits, had a viral video but there's a reason why she isn't a huge superstar...she doesn't seem to want to be one. She said it in the interview. She's doing what she wants freely and that's what every artist dreams about.

The questions he asked seemed so boring and they regularly get asked these questions and in glad she called him out for it. I wish the interviewer was a little more personable and not so stiff. Ask her more questions that aren't always so obvious. Like what kind of headspace were you in when you wrote this song and that song?

lamingtongirl123 I love her too. Ever since true romance came out. What I commented previously comes from her own mouth in an interview. Her album has been finished since the end of 2015. There’s many interviews with her being frustrated over the summer about these issues.

saraeli she was talking about her album that has yet to be released due to her label :/ She released No.1 Angel, & POP 2. as mixtapes just because, but her label won’t let her release the album that has been done since 2015 :/

Cool! This totally ruined my perception of Charli. Hearing her refer to the faux concept "male gaze" and her wanting to portray men as objects just destroyed whatever was left of my fan loyalty. She's left the sound that made her music distinct; I was getting tired of waiting for the next Nuclear Seasons anyway. Good luck with that hip hop feminist misandry.

Joshua Whitworth growth of an artist is something you must have not considered. She has made huge gains in her career and has managed to stay somewhat relevant with recent collaborations and release of her mixtape. Charli hasn't changed. She's just growing and experiencing more, just like you and I.
