Do you know that Vietnamese is well known having great fish sauce? As you have found already, a lot of their foods have different kind of something with noodles and fresh vegetable. And all of them come with fish sauce.

The rhythm of those bottles in the ice reminded me of the Creek Tribe Ladies doing the stomp dance. You can find them on KZfaq under the Muscogee Creek Stomp Dance. The Ladies wear these groups of metal bells on their ankles, and it creates this shaking rhythm. Very cool! As always you two put out some great content. When you feel like you wish you were there, you know it's a great vlog. Thanks for sharing!

The grilled clams with green onion and peanut are called half crenate ark clams not scallops and they tend to be more on the chewy side.

It's a Misunderstanding! , the spring rolls 8k has 2 options: 1 with pork skin and more meat and 1 shrimp 8k, one is also 8k but with less pork and no pork skin shreds with 2 shrimps. So he gave you the more pork options. You could have pointed the double shrimp with less meat spring roll. Same Price.

You probably got 1 shrimp because you likely got the regular Goi Cuon.. The 2 shrimps likely doesn’t contain any meat in it… Btw, hopefully someone tell the owner to change the menu name from meet to meat :)

There is no way I'd eat that sushi in 30 plus degree weather, unless those displays were refrigerated. It's the easiest way to end up with food poisoning or Hep A.
