I wish I had! I ended up selling it so I could get a project car.. but I plan on getting another bike in the future!

They came factory on the Custom model! I think Partzilla.com sells the part

I picked one up for $16 on Amazon, doesn't fit flush though...is it okay to remove the cover and replace with this? It fits perfectly in that circumstance.

I would tread lightly and stick to factory specs, dress up is always second to function. Might not be pretty, but you can't replace some good riding and wind therapy over a little chrome

What bars are those? Do you need extended cables and hoses for them?

They're actually a factory option on the 2003 1100 Custom. Still available thru partzilla.com I've found

@@langspeedcycle ok cause the 03 classic I have has the beach cruiser style bars. They sit too low for me. Been looking at bar options other than just buying risers

They were stock Double T bars, I think they were an option new

Wish they had a easy way to make it 6 speed just that have that little higher cruise speed

They're different frames, but if you're a decent fabricator it could work. The 1100 model has better brakes and better resale though

Never fails, someone promotes an item on KZfaq and the price of that item jumps up overnight....the part is now 18.00....might be 20 bucks by November.
